Hi. Why does the app prompt me to buy coins for a certain book when clearly I have more than enough coins in my wallet to unlock many chapters?

Love reading the novels on here! The novels hook you. Can be expensive though!
Steals your money
Over charged for a purchase. Then took half my coins for 5 chapters. Can’t reach anyone to fix it either. Contact us always says not at our desk.
Expensive
The app is very expensive to read one book. One can easily spend hundreds on 1 book. Also when you watch a 30 second video you only get 10 points which doesn't do much or even give you half of what a chapter cost
