In spite of occasional wait times, this is a FANTASTIC service! Safe and secure from end to end, and the drivers are ALWAYS awesome. This service is the best program created for those who don’t/can’t drive!

Very convenient service when you just need a ride in town! I use it when I come to AZ but don't have a vehicle to get around. The pick up times aren't immediately but I still think it's better than other rideshare who charge too much for a ride down the street. I recommend highly

Such a great tool for us who don’t drive for whatever reason! I’ve had nothing but great people drive me and it’s a very convenient and quick way to get around there areas they provide service to. Thanx so much it can’t become overwhelming trying to figure in the cost of travel using other services. WeRide is so very helpful to and from is on 4$

After the app update, Goodyear Park & Ride is no longer a dropoff option. I have to walk from Adelante healthcare Goodyear.

Overall a great service but it’s kind of far to walk to dysart high school from the Location Surprise PWOF/spa 1, it’d be much more convenient to extend the service to atleast include Federico’s because the summer is coming up and the heat will be too much to walk in

As much as I’m grateful for this service, I’m not sure what’s going on with dispatch. They constantly reroute drivers sometimes more than once, leaving people waiting long periods of time. When someone is disabled and there’s nowhere to sit, this is not a good thing. And the fact that customer service ignores you, is even worse.

Overall the app is decent… but the software is glitchy, pickup and drop locations have been on accurate… you can literally drive by your drop of location en route to pick up another rider and still be dropped of after that rider… the dispatcher William has very poor leadership skills as someone is a position to make judgement calls his judgment is not the best and can definitely use some coaching up regarding conflict resolution and customer service… the customer is always right… not so much with William… do better WeRIDE.

Today I had to change my ride time and they were very good about changing that. I then booked another trip and he came within about 10 minutes. Very flexible and great.
