I paid for their services and they refuse to give results. Beware!

This product is expensive. Just for all of my data to be lost due to a poorly designed app and platform. So frustrating. I recommended my doctor stop telling people to spend money on this app as it works less than half of the time.

Tried to take the sleep test but they need to send you a # to start but no #!!! When you call the support phone number no answer!! No wonder this app is so pourly rated!!

I reached out to tech support and they will not respond anymore.

The app actually worked fine for me. Was able to remove record sleep data. But then what?? I purchase a consultation and they took my money but there’s no way to schedule it. No one answers the phone. Can’t get a call back. Scheduled support zoom calls are ignored. Useless automated email replies come 24 hrs later and don’t address your questions.

I have never seen an app for a $100 product so bad. The first night it didn’t record the full 9 hours of sleep. Only 2 hours. And I had to delete and reinstall the app a few times until it showed the report. Night 2 was even worse because there was no report after uploading. I tried to upload it again and there was no progress. I waited and deleted the app, then reinstalled, and still no report. Utterly useless.

This was easy and painless unlike the other reviews posted. I had no issues and the app was helpful walking through the process before bed. I give it a A+ and highly recommend for an easy at home sleep study.

Update: Used again 2 months later; still extremely buggy. Have to delete and reinstall app every day just to see report. Equipment also buggy. Really inconvenient and wish my doctor would use a different service. I charged all the things, did the whole test and uploaded the data, all of which was fairly involved and not well explained. Then I uploaded all the data, it looked like it was uploaded, and no sleep report. I tried to reinstall app as instructed and no sleep report. I tried to update the firmware on the pads, already updated. I tried to reupload data; stuck on upload screen. So much expense and effort for a device that seems not to work- not at all ready to be a sanctioned medical device.

Academic research has shown considerable night-to-night variation in sleep apnea severity. Yet most pulmonologists diagnose and treat the condition based on the results of an expensive test on a single night. Finally with Wesper, we have a relatively inexpensive method for comprehensive measurement of the condition. This product is revolutionary. That said, the app has some bugs that cause the reporting feature to be spotty.
