Nothing works on the app after loading up! Absolutely nothing!

Website credentials work just fine, even reset them on app multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled app… will no longer let me log into my account.

App looks good from the starting page, however if you try to go anywhere such as to get information on your provider, it automatically closes. Basically worthless.

Every time I click on anything in the app it crashes.

I can’t get this app to function whatsoever. Blank screen comes up then app shuts down.

Whenever I try to log into the app I just get redirected to a white screen that never loads.

honesly btx the app and website and third party processing and lack of email communication western health seems like it isnt even a real insurance company. They would be charging me almost 500/month if i didn't qualify for assistance. Take a look at geico and do better. We all hate insurance because it feels like a scam but atleast put massive effort into your interface, customer info resources and payment. Im afraid if something does happen ill be paying my premiums for nothing and left holding the bill.
