The FedEx delivery part of the app is very confusing and if it wasn’t explained to me in the store I would have never been able to figure it out. Needs a separate drop down box like 3 “ pickup, local delivery, or fed ex delivery”
I love the app. It remembers my favorites; allows to search by sale or type of food; the search is decent and the pictures are pretty realistic. My only complaints are where information is lacking: lack of photo; & rarely a hint much less a list of ingredients or even a description of food item (not all grew up with same cultural background & thus exposure same foods..). ONCE, I saw a recipe with links to ingredients- I was so excited! And generally if you are nice to employees by phone or email- they are helpful in return.. B’hatzlacha.
I was wary ordering from a location so far away. I’ve been very impressed with the service. When I call from SF to ask a question, I’ve always been more than satisfied. There are no excuses — just excellent help and great products. I wish there was a kosher butcher in SF, but the only alternative is trader Joe. I’d rather order from Western.
Title says it all
It’s very touch sensitive
The Western Kosher App works very well and quickly. Never had an issue.
Very easy to use
- can’t pick order up at Fairfax? Called Fairfax and the person I spoke with was patient even though I was stressed by the app. Fairfax order dept is the best.
