Quiero expresar mi inquietud sobre los datos obligatorios que solicitan en la aplicación de remesas, como dirección, código postal y número de celular. En países como Honduras, el código postal no se utiliza de manera estándar, y muchas personas, especialmente las mayores, no cuentan con celular. Estos requisitos pueden dificultar el uso de su servicio y resultar innecesarios para el propósito principal. Les agradecería considerar opciones más flexibles para no limitar a quienes dependen de este servicio.”

Unacceptable Wait Time
I sent money directly from my checking account. It has been SIX days and the funds are not available even when the money was deducted within 24 hours of the request. As I attempted to cancel they’re asking for SEVEN MORE DAYS to give me my money back. Never using them again.

Acting Crazy Lately
I have always liked and appreciated WU for facilitating the transfer of funds conveniently. I even donate to it occasionally. Lately, though, it seems to behaving abnormally. For example, I just clicked on the Menu to sign into the app, and half of my iPhone screen is populated by a blank menu screen, and the other half filled with the initial screen. Nothing I did would get rid of it. It doesn’t happen anymore, but when the flakiness first started a few weeks ago, after I would transfer funds, my screen would freeze with ads, on top of the transfer confirmation receipt. There was no way for me to take a screenshot of the confirmation. I am sure this is due to some software changes, and I am writing this to inform WU of the issue, because I appreciate them. Thank you.
