I have an organisational subscription to Westlaw and have to date (for a year or so) been unable to use the app in any way as it doesn’t seem to recognise my login details. I can login using any internet browser without issue but the same login details don’t work on the app - regardless of which ‘login method’ I use. Quite literally a useless app.
