App often crashes and very laggy Chart often not right

Got to keep the transaction buying and selling trades charges down

If you have a margin loan you still cannot see any transactions in the app after a month. No visibility of interest charged or money put onto the account.

Very handy great information use it every day

This is the worst trading platform I have ever used. As for the mobile trading app, it’s a waste of time. Don’t bother getting it. It tells you nothing. I thought because Westpac is a strong bank with good customer service and the mobile banking app is hassle free and user friendly that this would be much the same, it’s not, it’s useless and the worst trading app on the market. Do not get this!

The thing that would make this so much better. Is visibility over past trades.

Would be good to access more of the details on the website, without messing up the stuff you already have, as you have it right.

Since updating the app 1 week ago, I have had nothing but issues logging in ”unable to log in due to server or connection issues” and when I finally am able to log in, my portfolio and watch list data come up with the message “unable to receive data try again later” Very frustrating as I am unable to trade or research when I need to Will be transferring everything to another broker if this continues

I find the app occasionally turns temperamental, does not log me in or display the features. Plus the features are very cut down from the desktop version can do better

This app is absolutely awful, for the last month it hasn’t been working, without a computer at home I rely on this app to manage and execute trades, in the process of switching to commsec.
