Scam be careful
I created an account and asked for a credit card, they charged me 5€ but I never received the card! So I used the virtual card! Suddenly, they've blocked my money and refuse to give it back! They've been asking me for documents and selfies for over a month and they're still charging me account fees and taking the piss out of me! I had to send them 8 photos and each time they ask me for a new selfie and refuse to refund my money! What a rip-off! Avoid this application

I do not recommend WestStein. Since November, I received a transfer which was blocked at the reception. I could not use the funds, they do not want to return to the sender. I answered all their questions and provided all the requested documents. I don't understand what they want to do with my funds. they have been making me believe for 5 months that they have been waiting for their card issuer PFS CARD SERVICES IRELAND LIMITED. Every month, there are unknown withdrawals that are made with different amounts. I believe the 2 institutions are legal thieves who use their power to gently take money from certain customers who are unable to make themselves heard.
