Wetzel’s Pretzels

I downloaded the app and tried to make an account but every time I tried it would ask me to confirm my email address and then a blank notification would show up. I couldn't even make an account >:(

I’m honestly not sure what all the bad reviews are about with this app. They must be old because this app works perfectly for me, never had issues with the barcode, never crashes, and always works great. Also easy to navigate and get to everything. Overall a great app!

This app works great and I love their rewards program!

App is so buggy I can’t use it to sign up and there is no other way to join the rewards program

The rewards screen is completely inaccessible. You’re prompted to login to view rewards and a banner appears saying “welcome back” and then you are immediately returned to the login screen. Tapping rewards will show the currently rewards for a split second and return back to the login page. Tapping support on the app says I must add an email but I already have. I thought maybe this app was just new and needed some but the fact that it is over 4 years old is disheartening. Authentication and authorization are core aspects of building an app like this and it doesn’t work at all. Wetzel’s pretzels needs to pay their developers more because it feels like a broken high school project.

Just downloaded the app today, logged in with the correct password cos I saw the “Welcome back” message but I kept landing back on the Sign In page when I clicked on the Rewards tab, hence I can’t claim my rewards!!!

Created profile then tried to log into app and it keeps saying email or password is incorrect. I try logging on via Facebook but says access to Wetzel’s is not available. I reset password and temporary password doesn’t work. I guess they don’t want anyone to use their app. Tired of getting run around for the last 3 days after creating profile and still unable to log into app.

My family and I LOVE Wetzel’s Pretzels. I was excited to see a new location in my hometown and immediately got in line and started the process to download the app as I will be visiting often. Unfortunately, I cannot even create an account. It asks to verify my email and I click okay, then the next prompt box is blank and I click okay, and nothing happens. What’s the point of having a loyalty program and app if you can’t even access them?

Terrible. The App is not working

This app is absolute trash! I downloaded the app, and filled out the information to sign up. I was sent an activation email, so I went to my email clicked activate and boom I received a welcome to Wetzels pretzels email, and even got an email for a free pretzel. But now I can’t even log in again! Every time I login I get a “welcome back” banner across the screen but immediately the screen changes back to a login in page and I have to put in my password again!! It just keeps going round and round in circles. I clicked on app support in the AppStore to try to get help but it takes me to the website to place an order. How stupid and frustrating, I deleted it, guess I’ll stick with Auntie Annie’s at least their app works correctly.
