Why can’t I log in
We’ve refreshed credentials. Multiple installs and nothing
Wrong currency
When I take money out in Canada I need the balance to reflect the proper Currency. 3/4 transactions and I still have no idea what my proper balance is. Please correct this ASAP. Thank you.
No price locator
Just got my first EFS card for fuelling a few weeks ago. Set up the app and the price locator doesn’t load at all.
Can’t locate location and price

Slow search on route
It’s to slow to get the the results along route fuel stations

Difficult to find participating stations
Can never seem to find a participating fuel station/truckstop that is approved for the card. When I select along the route, it ties out and nothing comes up.
EASY
Easy to use app. Not a lot to it and it JUST WORKS BETTER THAT WAY. Keep it simple and it will always be the drivers favorite.
