This app is very slow. We have great Internet and it doesn’t matter if I’m at home or in town. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve cleared cookies. It’s back to running slow again. It may take 10 minutes for a request to be denied. Or it may take five or six minutes to look at schedule information by that point I’ve already missed my opportunities.

It’s almost as if everybody’s all on the same server at the same time so it slows down. However, the previous app did not do that. It is also exactly the same on my computer as it is on my mobile app. I also do not like the dashboard. Before the dashboard had different things you could choose from. The dashboard now tells me welcome, and sometimes after choosing dashboard, it may take two or three minutes for that to come up. Terrible.
If I could give it negative stars I would. This app just flat out does not work on Apple mobile devices. I have been trying on and off for 3 months it works on my secondary Android phone. All it does is take you to a website when you sign in so it seems the only purpose of the app is to provide access to the website and send push notifications. So if you want to use it may have to go with Android as the developers clearly don’t want to support Apple based mobile devices.

This is not an app at all. It’s like a shortcut or bookmark to an url. An url that takes you to the most hideous, ugly and use website ever.
App just continuesly brings me to a register screen. Some people say it works for them but a lot like me it doesn’t work for. This app was a complete failure and after months no one has fixed it
Horrible app. Have to register device EVERY TIME I open it. Dashboard does not work. Notifications do not work. Just terrible.
This app does not function, goes to error screen when trying to register. So stupid
App has no use other than notifications. It just ask me to register every time and redirects me to the website. If I’m getting notifications I’m obviously already registered
This app is terrible. It doesn't work, doesn't load and is completely useless. It also doesn't actually register your device it just opens a browser window for you to log in each time making the app a complete waste of space.
