What Remains of Edith Finch

The game is engrossing but the control system to move around in the game is abysmal. You press and then move your finger to indicate direction to move. Sadly this has two HUGE problems. First, your finger is over the top of the item you are trying to move towards, which is clunky, and second (the killer) many times you cannot move AT ALL until the view lines up just right. Want to walk down a road? Nope, you can’t do that until you fiddle around till the view of the road is just right before you can move .. with no indication if you have found the right view or not. This is so bad it basically ruins the game. Very sad.

I was so excited for this game for so long, I heard glowing reviews for years so when I saw it was on IOS I bought it immediately. I’m so disappointed by how it turned out. The storyline is great but the controls make the game not worth the effort for me. You are constantly fighting with the screen to just move around. A set joystick like they have in Among us would’ve made the game much more enjoyable. Ide recommend only getting this game on PC.

I love the game but the frame rate isn’t the best and it jeeps crashing

This game is very amazing and good, but its best to play on Xbox or PS4 or any other console. Not iPad. Phone. Or tablet. It will be slow and crash. So try it on a console.!! 5/5 stars❤️!!

I have a 9th generation iPad which is supposedly compatible but it crashes after opening the book every time. So while the game seems great it’s a total waste of money when I can’t actually play it.

You need to update the game. It keeps crashing at the scene where the little boys on the swing and I can’t play the game. I don’t understand why I paid for the game if I can’t play the game I love this game and you need to fix this game I’ve been having this problem for about six months now and I’m pretty sure I already left and you guys have done nothing about .

for all the great reviews, I expected more. Wasn’t the type of game I was expecting. It was very boring and drawn out. Still don’t get the point of the game (if you can even call it a game). To me it was a waste of $5 and time.

I usually don’t leave reviews but what other people are saying is pretty true. in the pink bathroom after you open the door and climb in when I try looking around it kicks me from the game. I think the game is amazing but you can’t play it if it keeps doing this and it disappointed me. the story sounds amazing but I can’t play the rest of the game. please fix this.

bro right after the secret in this bathroom book my game crashes. Like please fix this. I WANT TO KNOW THE SECRET IN THE BATHROOM!!!! Great plot though

I love this game so much, its amazing. Although I can play it without lag, and it runs smoothly, as soon as Edith enters the secret room in the pink bathroom my game crashes and takes me to the Home Screen. 😢 I hope it’s playable for iPads in the future.
