Simply not good enough not to have some common language options available. Difficult to add credits if you can’t read Greek

Terrible for travellers . No English translation completely useless if you don’t understand Greek language . The Company should have English translation so I can update my credit . Useless .

As Cosmote is the largest telecommunications carrier in Greece, which by the way relies on tourism, they should make it a priority to offer language services for their app. From reading past reviews, they have been “working on it” for over 3 years. I’m afraid this is not good enough! The developers response to my review is very funny and consistent with their interest in reviews. It will probably be deleted once it is reviewed again!

I think a language change option would be good on this platform, I can speak and understand Greek but can’t read too well. There should be a setting to change language for people like me and tourists

Overpriced internet and they charged you even if your call is not successful, honestly nothing works in greece and people trying to get as much as possible

Ειλικρινά προτιμώ να πάω στο περίπτερο να πάρω κάρτα παρά να προσπαθώ δεκάδες φορές να ανανεώσω τον λογαριασμό μου από πιστωτική η χρεωστική. Απαράδεκτο bug.

No English options so not great for a traveller but i have enough Greek to get by. I’ve run into difficulty recharging credit through the app though, it won’t accept my visa cards or frequently won’t let me go through to the purchase screen, stating errors that don’t make any sense.

Πολύ καλή εφαρμογή. Αξιόπιστη και με πολλές ενημερώσεις. Πολλές προσφορές για τους κατόχους του What’s up.

Ενημερωμένο με την τελευταία έκδοση, το ίδιο το app όταν το ανοίγεις σου λέει να το ενημερώσεις !!! Και δεν ανοίγει...
