I can’t find a way to cancel it, does anyone know how? Don’t use.

Imagine a world where you download a free app but are greater by an instant pay wall. Welcome to ‘whatever this app is called, where you can make your own WhatsApp stickers from memes you steal off the Internet and pictures on your camera roll. But only after you pay the lying developers who marked this thing as FREE on the App Store.
