wHealth can be used completely standalone on your iPhone, without an Apple Watch. It's a great complement to the Apple Health app.

If you have an Apple Watch, you will finally have access to all your data on it. With a full year of history and a graphical display by health data and time period.

With iPhone widgets and Apple Watch complications, monitor the health data you want directly on your home screens. The choice is yours, wHealth manages over eighty different health data.

Fully customizable, you can configure each graph to your liking, set and track your goals, compare with past values, share your results with your doctor, export your data to CSV files, and much more.

You'll be able to enter new data points in seconds, whether it's your hydration, weight, blood pressure or any other type of health data managed by wHealth.

Most of the data displayed by wHealth comes from the Apple Health (HealthKit) database on your iPhone.
Some data that does not exist (yet) in HealthKit are managed by the application, they automatically synchronize between your devices

PRIVACY
Like any iOS application, wHealth needs your permission to access your HealthKit health data. Read access for data you want to display on the dashboard, write access for data you want to be able to enter new data points for from the app. HealthKit data will be stored directly in the HealthKit database and nowhere else.
All data read by the wHealth app will remain cached in your devices (iPhone and Apple Watch), for the sole purpose of quickly displaying your dashboard. This cache will be deleted automatically when you uninstall the application.

The best Apple Health data Visualisation App

With wHealth you can monitor almost any aspect of Apple Health data and record metrics directly as you measure them, such as weight and blood pressure. I’ve set notifications in wHealth for important nutritional events such reaching my daily caffeine threshold or not drinking enough water. I do use a seperate food logger app to record my dietary intake. The developer is very responsive to suggestions and shortly after I asked if more detailed nutritional information could be added they were there, with details for the recommended daily allowance and suggested upper limits. Now at a glance with a couple of wHealth widgets I can make sure my dietary intake is on track… wHealth with Apple Health and a food logger gives me all the information I need easily in a clear and useful format. Brilliant…

Great Apple Watch integration.

I was really hoping to find an App like this. It synchs with a large number of Apple Health categories including the main vital signs and works on Apple Watch. But it’s the presentation and ease of data entry that I like. I can view and update my data easily from my iPhone, as well as very easily from Apple Watch. The Digital Crown makes it simple to enter values. I filled an entire watch face with all my vital signs, which are easy to see at a glance whenever needed from Apple Health. Most of my data comes from external devices into Apple Health then wHealth almost seamlessly. But as a new manual reading becomes available, such as blood pressure from a hospital device, I can enter the data while its still fresh in my mind without having to reach for my phone. Importantly, the very latest value shows the actual time of the last reading so there is no confusion. Many Apps don’t do this. While there is a lot of Apple Health data available, one item missing for me is insulin. It would be great to have that on my watch face as well. It would also be nice if wHealth stored data in the cloud so I can access and update from my iPad. Even Mac or PC from a browser. Landscape mode would also be nice. The App can generate custom reports for Doctors, can compare time periods, has configurable widgets, configurable watch complications and can set goals.
