I love the variety of workouts for wheelchair user that the app offers. From strength training, standing frame workouts, follow along programs, bodyweight only workouts, mobility and recovery, and bed workouts. Personally for a while now, I’ve been struggling with transferring from my wheelchair to the bathroom toilet. Seeing videos on how other people, who may have been in a wheelchair longer than I have, makes my life a lot easier, and so much safer, so I’m not falling all over the place, or hitting surfaces of my wheelchair on impact.
This is an awesome app. I have been waiting for somebody to do a App like this for a wheelchair users I have been permanently in a wheelchair since 2015 and I’ve had to adapt regular workouts to fit me being in a chair and it was so hard to do andVery discouraging. But I have already done one work out with this app and I love it already thank you.
I would be lost without this app. It’s my daily therapy and how I hold myself accountable for my exercises.
I loved the arm exercises. I must purchase the rubber bands so I can do my resistance arm exercises. Thank you and I will continue to work on my arms to make them stronger.,
Love it so far, but some of the videos crash midway through the work out, so I can’t give it the five stars. Hope that it gets fixed soon!
This is the first app I’ve used that is perfect for me as a full-time wheelchair user. Challenging and gets my heart rate up in quick and fun exercises. Easy to get in a quick workout in the morning or evening. Love this so much!
