App is having an error everytime and when I delete the app to download again, I tried to reset the password but was not able to receive the code

Been having undefined error for a week now so I uninstalled then reinstalled it but the app still doesn’t work

can't place an order since you have to sign in first. the problem is the password. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but they won't let you retrieve your password due to the same error everytime.

This app gets on my nerves. It wont even let me make a new account using a different number. Shut this down, wala pong kwenta tong app na to

Fix your app can’t forgot password

I reinstalled the app and when I tried to click forgot password and enter the required details it says “the number isn’t numeric” (i entered my cellphone numer 9******) so how can I even use the app when It doesn’t allow me to reset my password?

This app won’t let you retrieve your password if you forget it. Please fix this. So frustrating. Also cannot track your order, it takes 1-1.5 hrs of waiting without updates from the app.

i used gcash as mode of payment and did not recieved my money back the store suddenly closed but accepted my order and did no money was refunded to my gcash

THIS APP IS SO BAD, I DONT KNOW WHY YOU EVEN HAD THE GUTS OF PUTTING IT OUT. ITS SO GLITCHY, COMPLICATED TO MANEUVER, AND CRASHES. CAN I ALSO MENTION ABOUT YOUR CHARGES! P150++ IN DELIVERY FEES PLUS P35 FOR USING GCASH AS “CONVENIENCE FEE”??? The heckkkkk
