Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t work. It worked only on the first day, but afterwards kept showing one post as the last one, it kept giving me awkward times as best times to post. Very odd.
Useless
Used to be very good but then they came out with the “upgrade” and messed it all up. Very difficult to sign. Finally managed to find a way to connect but it was done through Facebook which is not so great. The best times are all wrong and inconsistent with my well known best times based on past experiences.. probably because it’s connected to my Facebook now? So I’m not sure if it’s showing me Facebook best times or ig best times (my profile photo in the app is the fb one so..) It doesn’t update the latest post, it’s still showing my post from weeks ago as the “last post” which is obviously wrong. In the insights tab, it says the charts will be available in 7 & 30 days but I’ve had this app for months... Don’t have any use for it anymore, sad to say.

No matter how many times I’m trying to log into this app it is not working!!!!!
Signing in bug
I cannot sign in to Instagram. I keep getting sent to a verification page , which I then verify, and then I receive an error message. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, but the same thing happens
Excellent service
The WTG team were amazingly helpful when I had an individual issue, responding promptly to messages and suggesting different solutions. Also, the app is smooth running and overall really good :)
