Simply a toy app - could be great
This might be a bit harsh but I think the developer has not understood how the app could be used. If you need a GPS location - in either format - why do you need it? Not just to play with ‘where am I’ but to communicate it - potentially, to a rescue team or other parties that need to know. How do you copy and paste the key information into another app? ( rewriting GPS coordinates is highly error prone) How do you link with a communications package or mapping package when you receive the information. So, the first part of the job is well done but it is just playing - the next step - designing the purpose of the information into the app so it can become a real tool.
