Where is my kid?

Never trust this app, this app is not even a joke but also gives you false delay notifications. It is a simple GPS app how can they not make it right

Half the time it doesn’t work. It never works on early dismissals. So it’s just sometimes helpful.

Where’s my kid? Don’t know because this app worked only for 2 days!

Last year the app just never tracked the bus. This year I can't even get it to let me choose a bus to track. There are no FAQs.

I like the idea behind this app However, it’s consistently not working. It took me a while to set it up on my phone & I couldn’t get it to work the first day. Logging in the second day it appeared to be working. Worked for a few weeks and stopped working, again and again. The inconsistency in this app is the main problem, I also find it less easier to use. Simple is much better when it comes to parents. Our district is using this app for the year. I hope they return back to “Here Comes the Bus” as that app is much more consistent and easier to use.
