It was a great app to order an ice cream van to deliver to your house is a game changer but for the last few days it won’t load up it just displays a white screen I hope it’s up and running soon.

I login with Apple and it just takes me to a white screen after. Impossible to use

Can’t create account, or log in with any method, OTP doesn’t work

Have 1 local ice cream van near me. Placed an order and over 30+ minutes of waiting it was still waiting to get accepted. Good idea but seems that theres no way to tell if your order will be accepted or not. I was charged even though i cancelled my order i didnt get refunded. Even if i do get refunded its still a 1 star from me

App looks like it is well laid out and easy to use, but the lack of vendors/services available renders it a bit pointless. If vendors don’t want to offer dedicated drop offs, then the best way to increase business is by having the app send people notifications of when vendors/vans will be in the area. That way people can order in advance and/or get a notification when or what time the van will be on their street.

So easy and so convenient!!! Ordered and arrived within 10 mins!!! Amazing service and delicious ice cream! 100% using again!

I’ve tried in 4 locations now multiple times throughout multiple days and never any vendors available.

My boys love Al’s ice creams and this is a brilliant way of ordering ice cream for a special occasion or treat. Brilliant app, brilliant idea and the best ice cream!
