When it works It always wants to translate and it will translate in English, but I am that’s my language is Netherlands. I have to change thousand times in the end it would work but this is not good and move this stuff because I am handicapped and come out. Use my fingers to type please make this work again.

Although my experience with the support team was quick and useful, the transcripts sometimes are not accurate and they also cut a lot of the dialogue without any reason. also, i think if i pay full price, I deserve to use it on more than one device. Hope you can keep getting better at this

This is not as good as it could be, and I found a much better service using a different app. I have also reached out to get a refund in which I received no response on the less than three attempts.

I paid for a year and the app asked me to upgrade and now is asking me to pay for a subscription all over again. I deleted the app and had to reinstall it. I’m not sure that will work.
