Whizascoot Reviews

Poor service

Yodatrop on

Malta

Was just charged for helmet which i havent even open to use, once contacted them dor support, they pushed the terms and conditions without trying to check anything, even tho they have sensor for a tailbox which can be checked. It was convenient for me to use it over cab, but scooters are not maintained at all and also not safe. Overall not satisfied at all so wont be using it anymore.

it's a scam

Caritoudd on

Malta

IT'S A SCAM, they make charges that aren't appropriate on your account and simply respond with automated emails. The motorcycles are generally in terrible condition and your life could be at risk. Tires and brakes are in poor condition. Don't use this service if you want to avoid a bad time.

Disappointed

Arxials on

Malta

Service looks good at first, after an extra charge, there isn’t any problem solving approach, lack of transparency, unclear rental terms and conditions, support unhelpful, no proofs for extra charges. Disappointed

Trying to add driving licence, takes me back to ‘add driving licence” multiple times, shows missing documents even after adding documents.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Aleofiale on

Malta

I just used the app 2 days and I was charged by penalties that does not make any sense, my first rental costed €4 and later I was charged by €75 and the second time my rental was €5 and later €15. And when you claim all what they say does not make any sense.

Unsafe Scooters and Poor Maintenance

### Whizascoot Review: Unsafe Scooters and Poor Maintenance If you're considering using Whizascoot for your daily commute, think twice. The condition of their scooters has drastically declined, making them a dangerous option for street use. Missing mud fenders, rusty and bent brakes, and broken brake handles are just a few of the issues. The scooters are dirty and clearly not street-legal. Support has also deteriorated. Getting help when you encounter a problem is nearly impossible. It appears that Whizascoot is no longer investing in their fleet, opting instead to squeeze every last dollar out of their worn-out scooters. For your safety and peace of mind, I cannot recommend Whizascoot. Their lack of service and maintenance is a major concern. It's truly disappointing to see what Whizascoot has become. Choose another provider to ensure your safety on the road. ### Keywords: - Whizascoot review - Unsafe scooters - Poor scooter maintenance - Street-legal scooters - Broken brakes - Scooter support issues - Scooter road safety

The bike you used gets fined after four days and you still get the fine as you used it last even if it was parked properly and someone else moved it.
