Description

A family organizer and family calendar app, putting your children’s busy schedules - planning school, extracurriculars, nannies, pickups, and carpools - conveniently in one place.
Being a kid should be fun. Planning your kids' lives should bring joy, not headaches.
***IMPORTANT: One person is responsible for signing up, setting up their family and inviting other family members and caregivers to the app. Caregivers invited to the app will receive an email with credentials they must use to Login (not sign up). Signing up creates a new separate family account and should only be done by the first user who sets up the family up***
DASHBOARD: The Dashboard provides a quick overview of a user’s schedule at a glance. It lists the kids for which the user is responsible, their activities, and dates and times of activities.
APPOINTMENTS: DROP OFF & PICKUP
Easily manage your family’s schedule, by assigning who’s responsible for Dropping Off and Picking Up the kids. See what your kids are doing, and what they have planned next!
TO-DO’s: Assign your kids To-Do items so things such as chores and homework are not forgotten.
HAND-OFFS: Hand-Offs let you make changes on the go, so that you're prepared in case anything comes up.  Simply select the appointment or To Do that you need to hand off to another caregiver.  A built-in reminder and confirmation system helps everyone stay on track.
MANAGE FAMILY: Easily add, edit or remove Kids and Caregivers during sign up or through settings. The Caregiver feature allows a user to have multiple parties responsible for a child or children. This includes family members, babysitters, nannies, etc. Access can also be tailored to the Caregiver.
MESSAGING: Messaging allows you to communicate to Caregivers regarding a specific child and/or activity. This includes discussing potential changes or additional information for a specific activity.
REMINDERS & NOTIFICATIONS: Reminders or alerts can be set for a specific activity. Any changes to an activity automatically send a notification to relevant parties.

License my content? No way

My mechanic on

This is ridiculous. I am not signing up to use someone else's service so that they can copy, sub license and redistribute my content. This is simply a scheduler for my family. I will gladly pay someone for a program for me to own without allowing a third party to nose into my life. Deleting app immediately

Update seems just as good. This app had been a godsend, for a household with two working parents, three kids and a couple of caregivers, we had a very hard time keeping us all on the same page. It's really helped us gain focus, collectively share our busy schedules and start to enjoy life -- plus it's really easy to use! I finally feel like our house in order!

Finally an app that helps

This app has actually helped my partner and I opposed to just cluttering our phones. It's easy to use, functional , effective and gives us peace of mind. If there's one app you get as a parent get this one ! For everything else just google it. Highly recommended

We were using sticky notes and outlook and they just weren't cutting it. This app keeps track of all of our kids activities so that my wife and I and our nanny can manage everyone's actvities. I especially love the hand-off feature!!!

So much better than what we had been doing

Our family had been using an excel spreadsheet and notes on the refrigerator, but this app makes it so much easier. My wife and I can keep track of all the kids' activities, get notifications before events, and our nanny uses it too!!

Makes life so much easier

My family's been using this app for some time and now it's hard to imagine life without it. Our favorite part is planning the week all together, and our kids even like to get involved! Best part is if any changes come up it's super easy to adjust our schedule using the handoff feature. Complete lifesaver!
