Best app ever

I have had very bad experiences with apps likes these because they would make me pay subscriptions before i could do the activity it tells me to do, but this app doesn’t make me pay, and actually lets me do the activities which I’m very grateful for.

I love this app to bits. It helps me so much with my routine and its positivity is uplifting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. A little dissapointed the app is receiving a lot less service than i expected. Please start a Discord, maybe offer more features with premium ?

Subscription not working

I liked using this app before so I tried it again and decided to subscribe. Paid the 20 dollars when I should have gotten the trial, then there was and “error subscribing” pop up. I don’t have access to what I paid for. I turned off auto renew. So any help refunding or activating my account would be great.

My favorite self care app!

After trying and being disappointed by several other self care apps, I can confidently say Whole is by far my favorite! There's SO much to love about it! - Premium subscription is super affordable - The app works perfectly without premium - Super specific mood options; I have terrible interoception and can never pinpoint my own emotions. Having a comprehensive list of emotions is a game changer for me! - Note tie-in for mood journal; I'm quite forgetful, so being able to write down what's influencing my mood helps future-me immensely! - Self care goals aren't demanding or unmanageable. The app starts you off as gently as you need! - it's informative; each self care habit gives a factual explanation of how the habit benefits you. - the community feed; though good news is nice, the community feed is the star for me. Reading the things that other people appreciate about their lives help me appreciate things in my own life! I also love being able to send love to other users' journals in a non-intrusive way. I don't have anything as far as cons, but I do have a few suggestions: - The "go further with premium" banner sticks around even though I've subscribed to premium. I feel like the space that the banner takes up could be better used, or eliminated altogether. - For the custom "talk to someone" goal; since the goal suggests using a telephone service if you don't have someone around to talk to, I think adding in some helpline number options would be a great improvement. A text-based option alongside call options would be even better, for those of us who have phonecall anxiety (😅) or otherwise can't talk out loud.

Easy and Delightful!

I honestly love this app but there’s a few things I want to change I don’t think you would have to get premium to add up more habits or get meditation but overall it is a very good app I would highly recommend

Glitchy

I’ve tried lots of apps like these and I usually don’t stick to them, but the simplicity of this one makes it so nice!! ~ And I’ve followed The Happy Broadcast on Instagram for a long time so them making this app makes them even better. Love it!!
