This app is geared for one thing only, SUBSCRIPTION. Naively, I thought I’d be able to look up and find recipes here. NOPE. Hunt down a LONG list with no ability to sort. Sure, just throw in Zuccini with Chicken dishes. Not for me
Great information and recipes and for that the app is solid. I would NOT pay for the plus or premium plan due to the subscription support. We have two open support tickets for days unanswered. But I get their marketing emails about upgrading (I already did). Update! Kelly from Maya company has been helping and resolved the issue with the upgrade of subscription; thank you Kelly! Again, the meal plans, receipts and tracking is amazing. Best of all that I’ve tried. I know this company will grow and resolve these issue.
I am not able to print recipes off of the app.
The app had a slight learning curve but I am finally getting the hang of it. I was ready to quit after two days but I kept at it. I was glad I did. I like having numbers to follow for protein, fat and carbs. Some of the foods I eat aren’t in the data base and some are wrong (I believe subscribers add the wrong info). I simply customize the numbers based on packaging and save it as my own. Please note that you need to change the name when you customize which I didn’t understand at first. I believe this is going to be a great resource on my weight loss journey. I need to loose 8-10 pounds to feel comfortable in my own body (and clothes) again. I am confident that I will do it.
Constantly being asked to sign in. Very annoying
The calendar does not move. It should be an easy fix to enable tracking macros. I request help daily. Frustrating
Why is this app not free to those who purchased the program? I don’t think it is right to spend money on a program and then can’t access all the benefits of the app without having to purchase a further subscription. Had I known this I would have never purchased the program period.

I have been using this app for 6 weeks. It is not as user friendly as I would like. Ex: meals from Maya weekly meal plan menu are automatically added to my day. This feature makes you go in and delete each item or it is automatically added to my total macros for the day. The reason I am canceling my subscription is that the macros are not always accurate. Ex: natures own keto bread has very low carbs and calories but the app states it has zero carbs and calories. Hate to nitpick but I have apps that give accurate info for no charge. I have 2 cookbooks and I love them so I will continue WITHOUT this app and WITH more of my hard earned money.
Update: my account was reset and is working. I have high hopes it is truly fixed this time because I have started getting the emails with menus that I have not received previously. I would recommend this app as long as it keeps working. Nice app when it works. I have auto renewing yearly subscription, and every year I go through a hassle where the meal planner wants me to sign up for a plan. Last year it took numerous emails to support staff, reloading app, clearing cache, logging in and out before it let me in. Then several more times during the year I lost access and had to go through it again. My payment was just processed in December for this year, and again, I do not have access. Despite an email from support saying they reset my account and it will work now. I have canceled my recurring payments so it will not renew next December. Enough is enough. I will continue to work to get it working for this year since I paid for it
