Безопасность и забота о потребители
Начало сезона было приятное с новым и обслуженным транспортом. Под конец сезона 2/3 находится в критически неисправном состоянии. Пример: сломаны или не заправлены тормоза, отсутствие крыла защиты от брызг ( не заметил и стер подошву обуви ), сломанные ручки или не закрепленный руль, затрудненный ход ролевой оси, сломанный механизм внутри колес, неисправные габаритные огни или фонарь, иногда все вместе. Такие поломки несут за собой не малый риск как для здоровья водителя так и для других участков движения. Для себя сделал вывод что безопаснее и дешевле отказаться от услуг предоставляемых этой компанией.

It’s to much charge money only 2 minutes use and than charge 60 rubbles is to expansive so that’s the reason is to bad so next time you see this is better than we use taxi is same taxi and scooters so you use taxi not be use scooter

Ужас
Самокат на стоянке не выключается приехал к 3 стоянкам где стоит кучу самокатов и он не выключатся
Вечные проблемы
Мне периодически нужно преодолевать небольшую дистанцию с утра,так вот в Красной поляне с утра данное приложение всегда работает плохо,никогда не получается завершить поездку самостоятельно! Приходится тратить время на общение с поддержкой

Классная поездка. Самокат работает исправно. Консультант осведомила нас про поездку, дала промокод на скидку. Больше ей за это спасибо
