Самокат на стоянке не выключается приехал к 3 стоянкам где стоит кучу самокатов и он не выключатся
Вечные проблемы
Мне периодически нужно преодолевать небольшую дистанцию с утра,так вот в Красной поляне с утра данное приложение всегда работает плохо,никогда не получается завершить поездку самостоятельно! Приходится тратить время на общение с поддержкой
Поездка в парке
Классная поездка. Самокат работает исправно. Консультант осведомила нас про поездку, дала промокод на скидку. Больше ей за это спасибо

Было бы неплохо на карте видеть модель самоката
Ужасные впечатления
Если в крации, то я скачал приложение и пытался взять самокат на прокат, он оказался сломанным да и ещё списали деньги. Написал в поддержку, но мае сообщение просто проигнорировали и удалили, не советую пользоваться данным приложением!!!
Смешанные чувства. Иконка не нравится.
Нет ничего идеального. Но сервис стал хуже в плане пакетов минут, работы приложения. Сервера падают иногда. Поддержка отвечает больше 3 часов(это дно). ✅Из плюсов - отличное состояние самокатов в СПб. ❌Пользовался с 2020 года и много. Сейчас СУЩЕСТВЕННО хуже. Раньше даже мыслей не было пользоваться чем то ещё, а сейчас пользуюсь фиолетовыми в основном. Не хватает вариативности тарифов и за адекватный прайс.

За полгода пользования приложением ни разу код подтверждения не пришел с первого раза. 3-4 раза и то не факт, что получиться залогиниться...
