Found it too late you need a local phone number for it to work!! After I entered all my personal data. Now I can’t use the app and they have all my data! How do I request all my data to be removed? Or do you just keep it?

Foreigners using an e sim can’t set up an account :(
YOU NEED A LOCAL NUMBER
This service is useless to any tourist or visitor. Why?
Can’t even register for an account with a uk number in Rio
Poor app terrible support
No customer support
Scooters GPS location are unreliable at times and suddenly stop working. No customer support to help. Terrible agents.
Impossible to sign up with UK number
A man in the hotel said he’d tried to sign up so to use the scooter and it did not work. Nevertheless, one day later we tried and we had the same result. Once I input my phone number with country code, nothing happened. No code was sent. I tried twice. So I can’t really say how your scooter service works as I was left out by your signing up process. Please fix it :-)

Пока ехал что то произошло с самокатом и gps он остался в другом месте где нельзя ехать когда написал в поддержку мне очень долго не отвечали накапало уже 300₽ но мне так и не ответили
