This App is not made for the Customer
This app is easily the most trash app there is. I bought a month subscription from a company. Spent a pretty penny on it. They promised a direct line of communication, all sorts of things and have not delivered. I put in a request for refund. The company had 7 days to respond. They didn’t. Then Whop team reviewed it and gave the company another 7 days to respond. Whop is obviously not for the customer but they’re definitely team company. If the company didn’t respond in the first 7 days then I as a customer deserve my refund after the first 7 days. Don’t make me wait 2 weeks for a refund. The subscription was nothing at all like it was advertised and we should not have to wait 2 weeks for them to respond. Not happy at all with Whop at all. Will not use them again once this is all over with.
