This app is a joke. I payed for the item, the transportation and the “buyer protection”. The item was incomplete, and whoppah stopped replying to my emails and complaints. I see no buyers’ protection here. The customer services stopped replying and it has been a month now. Ridiculous.
Advertentie plaatsen onderbreken, kan je weer helemaal opnieuw beginnen!
Wat is dit? De gebruikerservaring met Marktplaats is veel beter dan dit. Bij mijn eerste advertentie op Whoppah: Je voert op Whoppah een advertentie in. Ergens halverwege moet je even wat in een ander app een detail voor de Whoppah advertentie opzoeken. Kom je terug in Whoppah, kan je weer helemaal overnieuw beginnen!!! Dit kan je niet menen! Na 3x keer ben je toch helemaal klaar met Whoppah?!
Update opent niet
Ik word gedwongen om de app te updaten maar de nieuwe versie opent niet. Superirritant
No opportunity to reach out for support
The support function doesn’t work in the app; and the email address for the support doesn’t accept emails either. I have issues with my order (didn’t receive it), and in the situation where the seller is unavailable, I’m left with zero options for addressing and resolving it.
App werkt al weken niet
Blijft hangen en doet niks, ook niet na update, heel vervelend want gebruik het zakelijk en weet niet of ik iets verkocht heb nu
Prima winkel jammer van de app
Al meerdere keren wat gekocht bij Whoppah. Prima concept en betrouwbaar. Jammer dat de app niet fijn werkt. De rode berichten bolletjes op mijn iPhone komen soms niet en verdwijnen helaas nog slechter. Zelfs als er al weken geen berichten zijn geweest. Ook de definities van de condities van de spullen is moeilijk te vinden. Zo zijn er nog wat zaken. Jammer.

App werkt al weken niet op m’n iPhone. W blijft in t midden draaien. Doet niets….
Crasht voortdurend
Geen Whoppa meer... app crasht telkens na enkele minuten. Daarna weer opnieuw beginnen met zoekinstructies etc. Weer terug naar Catawiki en Marktplaats dus.
Can’t sign in, can’t search
Terrible app. It used to work well, but now I can’t sign in and also when I continue as guest I can not search anything. It’s been like this for weeks now… what a shame.
