Wi-Fi SweetSpots Reviews

Wifi signal strength monitor

Vic dg on

Australia

This user friendly app. allows one to view graphically signal strength varying as you walk and record spot of highest or lowest signal of modem. Ad is not an issue bec its in the bottom of the screen. I recommend an edit option to change spot # to room name. So one can compare previous records of named spots to new readings of same named spots. So happy!

Misleading. Doesn’t show signal strength.

SpaceGhost16 on

Australia

Only does speed test by downloading data from a server (which can introduce other speed variations). No info provided on actual wifi signal strength.

Probably malware

Australia

Opened the app up and it immediately pasted from the clipboard of all my devices 🚩🚩🚩🚩 Will report as soon as I figure out how.

Unnecessary data collection

Rochas1356 on

Australia

App pastes from your clipboard… common way to steal personal info. Also tracks location when it has no reason to do so.

Doesn’t work for me

evonur on

Australia

Doesn’t seem to pick up my wifi signal

Good but

Sbadert on

Australia

It is a good app for what it does. Works well with clear view of output. It only gives signal strength of one network and nothing’s else e.g. ability to swap networks or change data through put test load. Still a lot better than having ‘nothing’.

Good little app

V0yager1 on

Australia

Very good for fundamental fault finding on Wi-Fi coverage, signal variance, Wi-Fi extender testing and at work testing down WAPs. Recommended for niece market.

Great app for measuring wifi signal strength in different parts of house

Sleepy Bill on

Australia

Finally found a simple app to measure and record varying wifi signal strength around the house. Great for checking where good and bad wifi coverage spots are, to help decide what to do about them and how effective your changes are.

Great for comparing...

bdhhxhc on

Australia

This works well and is great for comparing the wifi performance of different routers, I.e. a before and after

No dark mode

kiwiholden on

Australia

Dark mode saves battery and is easier on the eyes. Apart from that 5 stars love the app but no dark mode is unforgivable.
