This app should not be getting shut down in December. The reasons given are total rubbish. ! Its more than likely due to pressure from those who want to control everyone, track them, spy on them and take away all remaining rights to freedom. Don’t let the 1% rich elite control you. Stand up for your rights. Power to the people! Keep Wickr alive.

I have been a loyal wickr-er for six years. The phone calling has always been really terrible. The worst. But I use it mainly for text. But lately sending those is getting harder with so many not sent I do hope that it gets sorted out soon as it’s a cool app. But honestly I have started using Dust as a back up

Perfect for all your needs

Can’t save and share files, the ‘three dots’ don’t appear within the message so unable to save it to wickr files. Seems silly with no work around and no I for on how to correct this.

Everything else all good

It’s an amazing app for basic privacy, good privacy options. I wish you can make their messages delete as well at a time you select rather than only controlling how long your messages remain after they’re seen. However, it’s mainly good to keep away hackers and anyone reading your txts. Since it’s not open source how do we know it’s not selling our data like all free apps really?
