Avoid unless you like to suffer
Delivery drivers are Pakistani who speak no English (they don’t even understand simple questions like “where are you?” Or “how soon will you be here?”), the app has UX/UI from 10 years ago. When you buy beef, they don’t have option to choose “steak” from available cut options, so they will send you a whole big single chunk of meat and good luck cutting through that meat evenly. The app doesn’t even have option to manually add comments or notes to the order, to communicate some extra info about order, before Payment screen. The address box doesn’t allow you to enter apartment number or tower number, so if you live in one of many Doha high rise buildings, they won’t even know what unit to leave the order for with reception of the building. Customer Service line is open short hours and there is no Whatsapp nr or chat screen to send some message asynchronously. The whole operation is run by amateurs and ignorant personnel who have no idea what good design or good service looks like. Multiple times, when interacting with their app or their personnel, you feel like screaming 😫. Use only if you’re desperate.
