Not a great app at all…
Yeah so I downloaded this app to connect with my friends but I can’t even make an account, I always get the error message “The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” If this could be fixed then I probably would have loved this app, but with that issue this app is just a waste of space.👎
Wont let me make an account
It keeps saying not the correct format when I try and make a username and then internal server issue.
What does it mean when it says data isn’t in the correct format?
When I try to type in my username it keeps saying data isn’t in the correct format I wanted to use this app but I can’t even log in
Stopped Working
I used to love this app until recently when it suddenly stopped working telling me and all of my friends there was an error code. It still hasn’t worked since.
Good app! But won’t work
It keeps saying (Response status code was unacceptable: 503.) and I don’t know what to do 🤷🏼♀️
broken app?
says “data can’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” for everything. it did the same for my friends making it just completely unusable and broken.
“Data isn’t in the correct format”
I’ve tried reaching out twice and no response. I’m not able to do anything on the app without a message popping up saying “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” If i’m not able to use the app, I want to be able to delete (which I also can’t do!). I’ve also tried redownloading it twice but to no avail.
Deleted all my pictures
My best friend and I loved using this app to stay connected while they’re abroad. But one day we clicked on the app and every picture was gone. We tried logging out and signing in but that didn’t fix it. About a week ago I reached out to the help page they link in their website (difficult to find) and didn’t even get a confirmation that they got the email, never mind a response. I’m just bummed that months of my memories with my friend are gone.
Unusable
Enjoyed using this app with my friends until it suddenly stopped working one day. I continuously keep getting an error that says “The data could not be read because it is not in the correct format.” I did nothing to cause this, as far as I know.
