I hate to rate this app one star because it’s one of my favorite apps. However, it’s pretty much completely broken, and as another review says, the email address provided for support does not work. I bought the pet care package and it’s done nothing. That’s my money just… Gone. The online leaderboard is broken. It doesn’t load. And I bought ad-free way back, but according to another review, ads won’t load. This breaks my heart because I love my pets, I’ve had them for over a year, and I don’t want to see this app go down. Devs, can you please, please fix it?

I’ve had my pet for 3 years, I’ve always watched ads to get new care actions. Suddenly, this doesn’t work, ads just won’t load?? I’ve used up all the care actions in my inventory and am about to lose my pet of 3 years. ALSO I’ve tried contacting you multiple times but your email doesn’t even work so hopefully this 1 star gets your attention.
