The Wien Energie Tanke app 2.0 provides full control when charging your e-car as well as many advantages and improved features:
- Detailed overview: Displays available and occupied Wien Energie and partner charging stations. The navigation function provides you with the fastest route to the charging station.
- Optimised filter functions: Search for and filter charging stations by adapter type, power output, address, operator, availability and many other options.
- Store frequently used charging stations as favourites for rapid access.
Log in to the app to see a full overview:
- Start the charging process via the app at all Wien Energie charging stations (city group)
- Push messages at the start and end of every charging process at Wien Energie’s charging stations.
- Access and track the current live status of a charging process.
- Practical overview of charging history: Previous charging instances, including the tariff, costs and many other details, can be viewed at any time.

Are you already a Wien Energie Tanke app customer?
1. Open the app: Select ‘Login” and then ‘Login data forgotten’.
2. Enter your username: You can find your username on your Wien Energie Tanke charging card or on your bill. It consists of a combination of letters and digits starting with AT-VIE.
3. Open the email from Wien Energie: You can now define a new password. Register and start charging immediately.
Are you a new Wien Energie Tanke customer?
1. Select a Wien Energie Tanke tariff (link: https://www.wienenergie.at/privat/produkte/e-mobilitaet/unterwegs-laden/tanke-tarife/).
2. Complete the ordering process. Wien Energie will then send you your charging card via post and your app access data via email.
3. Download the new app and login using the password sent. Off we go! You can of course select a new password the first time you log in.

Konto gerade erstellt, kann mich auch auf der Wien Energie Seite anmelden aber in der App nicht. Es heißt warten auf die Ladekarte.
Veraltete Registrierung keine Kartenansicht!
„Die Login-Daten zur App bekommen Sie in wenigen Tagen per Mail zugeschickt.“ HALLOOOO? Wir haben 2024! Registrieren sollte sofort erfolgen und nicht innerhalb von Tagen! Alle anderen Apps können das instant! Eine Kartenansicht fehl leider auch völlig! Das macht die App total unbrauchbar.

Karte; - lässt sich nicht in Fahrtrichtung drehen. - bewegt sich mit der Fahrzeugbewegung nicht mit. Pushnachrichten; funktionieren nur sehr selten, kein Verlass auf information wann das Fahrzeug voll ist und weggefahren werden muss! Gerade am Ende des Ladevorganges wäre eine optische und Akustische information das Wichtigste! Iphone 14pro

Nachdem ich in Summe >1h mit dem Versuch den link für das Erhalten eines Passwortes verplempert habe schreibt mir die Wunderapp, dass es ein Problem mit dem Zurücksetzen des Passwortes gäbe. Wieso geht das Energie Baden Württemberg so einfach?

unfassbar schlechte app. anmeldevorgang extrem mühsam, bestätigungsmails kommen ewig nicht. zum setzen eines passworts muss man nach dem account erstellwn auswählen dass man das passwort vergessen hat - sowas muss man sich mal ausdenken. bei euren strompreisen stellts ein gscheites entwicklerteam ein oder gönnt euch fähige partner fürs outsourcing. für grottenschlechte software seit ihr eh weltberühmt! schande über wien energie

Es wäre toll wenn die App nicht sämtliche Filtereinstellungen bis zur nächsten Verwendung vergessen würde…
Ladestellen suchen
Die Suche und Standortanzeige funktioniert nur wenn ich in den Einstellungen Google maps ausschalte und wieder einschalte. Ist bei jedem start der App so, nervig. Iphone 12 pro
gut aber Carplay fehlt
App funktioniert gut aber eine Anbindung an Apple Carplay fehlt. Wäre toll im Auto nicht das Handy in die Hand nehmen zu müssen um eine Station zu finden. Mobility+ von EnBW hat’s auch geschafft.

Suche funktioniert nicht. Unbrauchbar.
