WiFi D Reviews

Is this app not supposed anymore?

Love to sleep! 🌃 on

I have lights from a couple years ago and I can’t get connected to them at all. The app just spins and I’m not able to even log in.

A miserable experience...

Very difficult connecting and when it does connect it drops very quickly. Support is almost nonexistent from this company.

I like the new update!

I enjoy these Christmas lights, with the new update ( firmware) the lights respond quicker with the app, and they are a breeze to setup now! One thing I would like to see is, when there is a group ( of lights setup) there isn’t an option to create a “new” scene, only the two that are pre- programed. “Christmas” and “ Halloween”.

Great idea, crappy quality!

Unlike others I have had no problem with the app or staying connected. My problem was more basic. After 1 day one of the lights stopped working. After 3 days two lights. I’m one week in and a total of 6 lights don’t work. Returning them tomorrow!

Too complicated

I agree with the review that says it just doesn’t work. We bought four sets of these and couldn’t get them to work in sync. Way too complicated for decoration purposes, especially given the price.

Lights req WiFi to work, buggy app

Cazdogg305 on

I’ve got 3 sets of lights, couldn’t get them to work, my WiFi security settings are high and I’m not about to compromise my security settings for Decoration lights, the fact that location service and registration is req is way too much and complicated of a set up for something as simple as lights. So this review is not only for the app but the lights as well. Going back to Home Depot

Lights Keep Disconnecting from App

freedomservitude on

United States

I’d love to give these lights and app five stars. When they work, they work great. I love them. The problem is, the lights randomly, and for no explicable reason, disconnect from the app. At which point, they have to be reconnected, and not by any simple means. The fact that it has already happened three times within a 24 hour period is unacceptable. More than likely, these lights will have to be returned. Please note, before the question is raised, I’ve done absolutely everything the instructions say to do, both the included instructions and the troubleshooting instructions on the website, to no avail. Nothing works to keep them from permanently disconnecting from the app.
