Wild Apricot for members Reviews
Review of Wild Apricot
This app presents multiple avenues to accomplish something; most don’t work. I have to try one way, then another until I find one that works. For instance, I just registered for the Winter Trip to Hailey. I first tried from the e-mail, logged on to my Wild Apricot account, and it wouldn’t work. I then logged out, went back in via Safari, and it worked.
Impossible to use
I wanted to sign up for the luncheon, so I logged in with my password, which I have been using since I became a member. I kept getting the message that my password was invalid. After several tries, it became evident to me that I had to change my password. I got the security code, typed it in, and tried 3 different times to reset my password. After using 3 different codes, I finally enlisted my husband’s help. 3 times we had to identify inscrutable pictures to prove we were not criminals, we finally succeeded in getting the new password approved. Then I registered for the Dec. luncheon. That process was slow and tedious. Altogether I have spent 35 minutes signing up for a luncheon. This is the second time I’ve been forced to change my password for no apparent reason. I can’t be the only one experiencing these problems. It would be easier to break into the U. S. Treasury than to get into this website!
So sorry for the complaint, but I am really frustrated……
Room for improvement
The app is functional, but desperately needs UX updates.
Love the app; hate the wheel of death
This is such a convenient way to sign up for events, look up members, and see what events I have signed up for, but every time I click an action it takes so long to complete it. Also, I can’t add myself to a waitlist, otherwise I would give it a higher rating.
Proud Member
I want to say that being a part of something bigger than myself is always something I aspire to. What you are doing for us proud members is nothing short of amazing.
Event signup
I would like to be able to enter a comment for all to see when I sign up for an event. All of our club members want this feature.
Apt is difficult.
Changing credit cards is hard.
Appreciation
I just want to say Thank you for sharing so much of your knowledge and taking the time to teach others this business❣️❣️❣️
Faster
Thank you, Chris Braudy, for making our Sussex Bicyclists app run more quickly.
Would be 5 stars if they could do multiple organizations like CourtReserve
It’s great compared to CourtReserve. Nicely designed.
Signup was quite a hassle though - and the 6 digit number kept failing.
But the only red flag, is that I can’t do multiple organizations. That’s a little , crazy??
