Super easy and quick to get delivered next day (in NYC). I recommend ordering at least several days in advance of when you need it though. When a brisket is advertised as 12+ lbs and they send you an 8 lb, you’re going to have to order another or source locally. Unless you’re ok with only feeding 2/3 of your guests.
As of today the app won’t open, so I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still won’t open.
I’m sick and tired of adding items as favorites then when I open this app again and I go to the favorites section I see the msg that I have no favorites. Happens every single time.
I have a iPhone 15 Max Pro fully updated, the WildFork app just doesn’t work. It only shows a white page with a WildFork logo, no food options no anything. I’ve reset my phone and made sure everything is updated. But nothing works. Broken App
App doesn’t work most of the time. Have to keep login in most of the time. They keep changing things on the app. Just go into the store. Don’t give you actual size. Take a chance if you want to buy online. Customer service won’t even respond when you submit a question. You go in store and give your email for receipt to be sent and see it the email pop up on screen. Have received an email the past 3 times went into the store for purchase. Not going to spend $29 for membership.
The app is terrible. Constantly crashes. I end up just having to go to the website to order. Its a pain.
The app experience is a joke. Example: search function doesn't work. Type in “Wagyu” and nothing shows up. Second, it’s not seamless with the website. I.e. you can create a cart of items on the app, log on to the website, and you’ll need to start over. Same with vice-versa. GRADE F for tech prowess, a bunch of idiots running the show. LoL
I absolutely love the store and every single thing I’ve ordered has been phenomenal. Huge selection and great quality. The app though is terrible. It’s super buggy.
