I can do nothing

Great game but after long break it doesn’t work. When i load the game there is only main character staying alone in the cave however all my animals are shown on the top. And I cannot move character. What should i do?

Critical bug!!!

I can’t move my character on a new phone (iPhone 11, if it will help to fix). Character is just stand into the cave, I was trying everything, but it’s doesn’t help
