Hard to navigate and too many glitches, badges not claimed because app would not allow me

Williams has the best app out all of teams in F1 thank you Williams

Links don’t work and corrupt sponsors apps and the special badges etc come at a price….. misleading and a shame as a life long Williams fan……

I’ve been trying to use the app/website for over a year. It’s hopeless. Every time I try to do anything - pit lane predictions, grand prix badges, now creating my drivers card for the new season it bounces me onto a webpage and demands I sign up or log in. Already signed up, already logged in multiple times. I was hoping it would be fixed at some point in the last 12 mths. Obviously not. Pop up windows in the web app don’t fit the screen so you have to close the webapp to be able to get back to the previous screen. Some don’t have the close x anywhere on the screen so again have to close the whole thing to get back to where you where. Driver quizzes have part of the answers missing off the screen so you can’t read them or choose them, same in the pit lane predictions screen. Sort it out please.

The app is very fast but it would kick me out but still can be a great app

The App has this strategy, where you get badges! For what!?! Makes no sense! It’s annoying more than anything! Needs a full revamp with someone who knows what they’re doing! It’s like one of those silly ideas you see on that tv show, one of the contestants on ‘The Apprentice’ thinks up! It then gets ripped apart & ridiculed as terrible by experts in that industry! This reminds me of everything that was wrong with Williams before James Vowels arrived!!!
