Six digit code not working

I really want to use this app but when o put my number, I never get the six digit code. I tried multiple times, even different days and nothing. I never received the code. Hope you could fix this so I can start using it!

Not enough drivers

I’ve tried multiple times this month to book a ride, none of them were successful. I waited for at least 15 minutes each time on the page “waiting for the driver to confirm the ride”. Really looking forward to taking a ride using this app, unfortunately still haven’t gotten a chance yet.

Really? A membership?

Why do women have to pay a memebership in order to feel safe with a driver? Does uber require a membership and that’s unsafe… this app needs to provide a come and go environment for all women to be safe and not needed to pay a fee constantly in order to access their services. Very disappointed as I wanted to use this app, as a women you have to deal many sick weirdos. What a shame.
