App seems great, perhaps to busy, one thing, set an e-mail and password for registration, don’t use apple id or Google login as this will break the app for buying any e-tickets.

Good without account, but useless for tickets on old iPhone SE
The need for iOS 16 isn’t mentioned in release notes, nor in the qualifying ticket transfer email. Enter fun and games at the gate when trying to get in. App used to be good without account. Also, create your account in safari. Creating an account in the app doesn’t save your email/password in the keychain, causing the need to reset the password because you didn’t bother writing down the strong password - expecting it to be saved for you.
Wimbledon Best in World.
Wimbledon is SO respected. Excellent Rules maintained. Everyone loves Wimbledon I’m 91 years this could be my last but I love it. Went live once many years ago. Saw Federer and Nadal. Any Murray young boy then. Bless him. What a fighter. Good Luck Andy. 👍👍❤️❤️🙏🙏. xx

Thoughtless
Great to update the app, but effectively junked all those with older phones who now can’t download tickets. Thoughtless upgrade and no solution offered on the website. Poor
Worst App ever invented?
So keen to stop ticket touts this app is utterly clunky but unavoidable! Sure it’s a ‘could do better’ job, but realistically it’s a should never have been released to the public offering! Simple things like entering your DOB are hard enough, but getting tickets / password changes etc. take ages - all in all a truly dreadful experience.
No good for my 6-yr old iPhone SE
This update requires iOS 16 which my 2018 iPhone SE can’t upgrade to. As a result I have a real problem accessing my 2024 Wimbledon tickets. A first-world problem I admit but extremely annoying. Previously have found the app very good. However I am disappointed Wimbledon is not taking into account the fact that we don’t all want to have the latest phone when the one we already have does the job.
Requires ios16.1 to transfer tickets - my phone will only support 15.1
I have been trying to transfer tickets . I reloaded the app , but the ticket section says needs iOS 16.1 My phone will only update to 15.1 - the latest compatible version doesn’t work Help !
