Not sure what this app is supposed to do. It has no configuration and I can’t work out where the readings are coming from. Very little info on the ui

Description
Application shows the actual data from the windguru station located on Sicily on the kiters lagoon. The data are minimum, maximum and average wind speed in last minute, temperature and wind direction, refreshing after 15 seconds. You can switch between two measuring units, meters per seconds and knots. You can also see the actual image from the webcam, when you swipe the wind data screen to the left.
