Purchased a 2004 Leoville Las cases on their site they sent me a completely different bottle of wine and now tell me they never had the correct bottle that was pictured on their website and they offered me the ability to keep the one they sent me for full price or they will send me a shipping label and hold my funds until I return the other one. The customer service rep made me feel like it was my fault somehow and they don’t need to take any responsibility for their screw ups. Never again.

More like Customer Diservice. They damaged my bottles in transit and say the damage was due to weather. The box and packing was destroyed. I prefer to source my wine where there is integrity and accountability which sadly is not going to be Wine Bid.

Twice I’ve order wine from them. Expensive ones, and twice they didn’t take care when shipping the wine. Their customer service is terrible, and they don’t care about your experience.

A day after placing a bid on two bottles of a wine that had a particularly attractive starting bid amount, I found that my bids had disappeared and the starting bid amount had nearly doubled. On contacting customer service, they claimed I had never placed the bids in the first place. This indicates two possibilities: their platform is unreliable or they are dishonest. Either way, I would think twice about trusting them.

This app is too bright at night and needs to implement a dark mode. Please get on it.

Be careful because you can spend a lot of money easily but I love this app and I’ve had grate luck with buying older vintages. I’ve had a couple bad bottles but that’s the risk everyone takes who buys older wines.
