Lousy customer service
I have had this game since October 2018 and almost 2 weeks ago it stopped downloading at 75%. Nothing wrong with my internet or other apps. I tried using customer care email on the website and as a contact on the game. The emails were rejected saying that the system was down. I called apple they said it was the game not my iPad. I followed directions given buy the company and apple to restore the game…nothing. Then 3 days later it came back on with none of my previous coins or status and a different id number. Fortunately, I had taken pictures of all my data and my account numbers, however, I have emailed the customer service 23 times with no response. Over the last several years I have spent lots of money on this app to achieve my status and the coins. All I want is for the my account to be restored, otherwise they need to refund my money!
