I unfortunately have to add to the comments that this Wingo app is almost completely useless. Also, when we got to the counter to checkin “in person” the clerk I stated we pay $100K COP per boarding pass for her to print our passes. The clerk then stated that we “should have taken a screen capture of the page” to show her that it wasn’t working!?!?!? Talk about bad customer service. We finally made progress when we demanded to speak to a supervisor. Whole process was EXHAUSTING.

This app is by far the worst app I have used for any of my travels. Not intuitive UI and design, poor performance, buggy and when you are looking to get your boarding pass added to your phone it just does not work. They charge you at the airport if you don’t bring your boarding pass which makes me wonder whether the “bug” that prevents you from downloading the boarding pass to your phone, is actually a way to profit

You can't login and get your boarding pass - the app freezes - WHY have they not fixed it for years? Because they charge you $8 to print your pass at the airport-

I’m not sure what’s going on with the company/developer, but they need to get it together. You can’t use the majority of the self-service options (something as simple as a name correction doesn’t work) and with the most recent update 2 days ago, you can’t even check-in to your flight. What exactly is the point of even having an app if it doesn’t do anything? The website is just as bad. The airline itself is fine, but as far as technology goes there are far too many pain points.

First and last time using this airline. My credit card apparently denied the charge after being processed by Wingo. I’m supposed to get it reimbursed in 10days. We’ll see! Used another card and didn’t work. Used the same card and charge went through. Now I have to wait 24hrs to see if this charges won’t get denied. Have to call my credit to see what the problem is because Wingo doesn’t know. Then tried to check in with App, and doesn’t work. Ticket to download doesn’t come up, after doing check-in online but it’s telling me that my trip has been added and no trip comes up, it’s blank. I hope the flight experience is better but not counting on it.

First and last time flying with this airline flight delayed more than four hours and nothing you can do about it.No apologies,no refund.

Es una agencia que no es recomendable ya que se atribuye poner leyes que no le corresponde para hacer perder en dinero a clientes y ocasionar pérdidas y disgusto si no quieren perder su dinero ni utilizar esa app ni aerolínea

Está aerolínea es la peor del planeta engañado y estafando a miles de cubanos exigiendo visa para Colombia después que venden sus boletos y no la exigen antes de hacer la compra cuando inmigración de Colombia no la pide a Ciudadanos cubanos por menos de 24 horas

My bank denied the initial charge, Wingo would let me resubmit my payment, but added an extra $10 to complete the sale. Used the same card successfully minutes later at the higher price. 🙄Tried calling their helpline 3x which kept disconnecting.
