When it works, it works great. Highly depends on which driver you get but for the most part this is a helpful service. Today, however, I was waiting for my bus when all the sudden it said I was en route to my destination (I was not) and the driver switched routes to a more direct one which was going to my location but without me on that bus. Clearly the driver swiped my name off saying they got me before they had and just started going to my destination a different way than they would have if they had to pick me up first. Luckily I was able to rally but this mistake really lowered my confidence and comfort with using this service.
